We are a recycler company that handles and processes a wide variety of post-consumer and post-industrial plastic container packaging from across North America. 

Merlin Plastics, located in Delta, BC, Canada, is the headquarters of the Merlin Group of Companies.  Merlin Plastics has two facilities in BC:  Merlin Plastics – Gifford and Merlin Plastics – Delta. Merlin Plastics – Gifford is the state-of-the-art container sortation plant, one of the largest on the West Coast, where the materials from the curbside blue bins collected in BC get sorted into their respective streams.  Merlin Plastics – Delta is the processing plant that processes plastic container packaging into recycled flakes and pellets. We also have a facility in Calgary, AB, that recycles and processes PET plastics into recycled flakes and pellets.

Our high-value, quality recycled plastic products are being integrated into various commercial and industrial industries as an alternative to virgin resin so that manufacturers can produce similar or alternative consumer goods.
